10 Ways to be Happy

It has been my experience that being happy is simply a matter of getting out of your own way. Let’s face it, there’s almost always something good to be upbeat about, no matter how small. Try to seize on that and allow it to be your focus. I’m not saying that it’s necessarily easy, but it's vitally important. 

Here are 10 suggestions on how to be happy:

  2. Don’t forget that levels of happiness fluctuate.

  3. For healthy skin be consistent in your skincare routine.

  4. Keep sleep as a priority.

  5. Take a daily walk outdoors.

  6. Keep in close touch with friends.

  7. Involve yourself with high quality control.

  8. Keep physical movement a priority.

  9. Be as nice to yourself as you would be to others.

  10. Be your own best advocate.
